Pray for Team Warsaw, March 7, 2008

Spring Break!
Joe had a volunteer with him this week, Jennifer from Truett-McConnell, and she was able to speak in Joe’s university class. They were also able to prayerwalk some of the other university campuses in Warsaw. Pray for the contacts made with new folks made this week. Pray for open hearts.

Re-connect!
Pray for Susan as she reconnects with former English Club students, friends, and acquaintances in Warsaw. Pray for opportunities for her to share with those that are still seeking a new relationship with Jesus Christ. Please continue to pray for her visa process to go smoothly. Some needed documents have not arrived in the mail and this could cause a delay. Pray that the documents will arrive quickly and will not slow down the process.

Happy Birthday!
Pray for John Mark, our new team mate at ILC, today is his birthday (the 7th). In less than a month he will be joining us. We are currently searching for him an apartment. Pray for the Lord to provide just the right apartment. Pray for John Mark as he continues his preparation time. Pray that the Lord will strengthen his spiritual walk, he will need “out of the boat” faith for life on the field.

Walking Strong!
Pray for Steven as he continues to lead Team Warsaw. Pray for him to have the Lord’s vision and to have wisdom when making decisions. Pray for him to be able to maintain his spiritual walk, be a strong spiritual leader for his family, and for him to have the mind of Christ. Pray for Deborah, Rebekah and John to be able to maintain their focus on homeschooling as spring fever sets in. Pray for Zach and Aaron to continue their commitment to Christ, as they study and work in the States.

Volunteers!
This summer our team has several volunteer teams and summer workers coming to join in the Lord’s work with Team Warsaw. Final details for housing, transportation, ministry needs, and food need to be confirmed. The cost of things is increasing here and with the dollar continuing to drop in value it has made for a dramatic increase in prices for our volunteers. Some of our previous places are now out of our volunteers’ price-range. Please pray for the Lord to provide supernaturally for these needs. We need to find places for staying and for food that will be workable for our teams. Pray that the Lord will lead us to these places and that He will give us favor with the management to receive good prices. This is a critical need and we ask …because all things are possible with God. Mark 10:27

Team Warsaw
Please pray for Susan, Joe, John Mark, Deborah and Steven. Pray for our health, our spiritual walks, and for our safety. Pray for wisdom as we each seek to follow the Lord’s leadership in regards to our ministry. Pray for the Lord to use each one of us to accomplish His ministry of reconciliation in Warsaw.
