Continued Need for Urgent Prayer!

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James 1:2-4

Prayer Update on Adrian,

Thank you for continuing to pray for Adrian. Your prayer support is greatly appreciated by us and by our congregation in Otwock. As Deborah shared with you earlier, we held a special prayer service yesterday for Adrian and his family. Following the service we walked and prayed to the hospital where we met with Adrian’s mother. We prayed for her and for her son. They know that many American friends are praying for Adrian and his family. They thank you!

We wanted you to know that his situation has worsened today and that the doctors are saying to prepare ourselves for the worst. Doctors ran a test today on his brain, and it appears that Adrian has brain damage. Related to this, Adrian had several convulsions.

We are asking for God to heal Adrian and to perform a miracle that will testify to His Greatness.

Please continue with us in prayer as we seek God’s will for Adrian.

Please pray also for our congregation in Otwock. Adrian’s heart attack and what has followed have greatly impacted us. Many are asking themselves, “Why? Why, Lord, has this happened?” We know that God tests our faith, so that our faith may grow through perseverance and on into maturity in Christ. Testing our faith allows us to grow in our faith. In these present trials, we know that the Lord Jesus is with us and has given us His peace. We will rest in Him.

The Prophet Daniel wrote, “. . . The people who know their God will be strong and take action” (Daniel 11:32b Holman Christian Standard Bible). We will remain strong in the Lord and take action in prayer. Join us, as we walk with the Lord through this trial.

Z Bogiem,

Steven
